INDIA                                                                                                         

AME SUD association is searching for partners in order to help and finance Gémar's project in India. In particular, we would like to contact the companies to sponsor this project by financing one part or in full: for instance 1 hut (600€), half a hut (300€), 1 solar panel (350€), a bath room with toilets (500€)... and all kind of actions would be greatfully appreciated for you.

Each of you can participate to this project by sending donations to AME SUD or by offering 1 box.

February 26th, 2008 :

  • Céline BOISGARD offers 2 colissimos to send some clothes to Gémar

  • Alexandre and Stéphane (members) and with the help of Mrs REIGNIER will explain the aim of the projet in a shcool on March 9th, 2008

February 23rd, 2008 :

  • Frédéric DOUCOURTIOUX gives 20€ for the project

February 18th, 2008 :

  • Mrs BOUGOIN Laurence offers 2 colissimos to AME SUD

January 22nd, 2008 :

  • Gémar sent the first photos of the solar panel which is installed on the first hut. Some tourists were here for this event.

  • Christine MEGE (Paris) offers 50€ to the association for the project in INDIA

December 26th, 2007 :

  • the rent agency IMOCONSEIL 110 grand rue de Châteauneuf 86100 CHATELLERAULT offers 500€ for Gémar's project

  • Camille contacts AME SUD association to give support and help

December 18th, 2007 :

  • Céline Boisgard (member) confirms that the 400€ are in Gémar's hands

  • 1 colissimo full of children clothes and peluches sent to Gémar

  • a second approach to Mrs Génier, director of the post Office in Chauvigny.

December 13th, 2007 :

  • Meeting with AME SUD members and Mrs REIGNIER to explain to the students the aim of the project

November 28th, 2007 :

  • 400€ sent to Gémar to continue the first hut

  • A wonderful news : a baby camel is born!!!

       

November 18th, 2007 :

  • 400€ will be shortly send to Gémar to continue the works in the desert and specially to help  the construction of the first hut and to buy the first solar panel. We are waiting for the photos to see the evolution of the project.

  • 1 colissimo fulled of baby clothes and toys is ready to be send to India

November 15th, 2007 :

  • Monsieur BABIN Christophe (carpenter) 86530 Availles en Châtellerault offers 300€ for the project in INDE

  • The description and the aim of the project is sent to M MAURY, director of the bank Crédit Mutuel in Chauvigny (86300).

  • Gémar sent us some fantastic photos of the boxes delivery in the desert. Carole and her friend have assisted to the distribution of toys and clothes:

 

  

  

  

  

  

November 7th, 2007 :

  • the rent agency IMOCONSEIL of Civaux (86) offers 400€ to AME SUD

  • Mme Reignier, teacher of the technological school in Thouars (79), is actually making a study on the "the life contrasts in the world" , and she proposes to AME SUD to collect some toys ans clothes with the help of the students.

Novembre 2nd, 2007:

  • Carole and her friend helped Gémar to distribute clothes and toys to childrens from desert villages. Please see below the pictures:
  • Jean-François MOUSSET (artisan) offers150 to AMS SUD.

Octobre 24th, 2007:

  • Gémar confirmed ha has received the 150.
  • Carole (TATA Consultancy Services France S.A.S. in Paris) and her friend will stay 3 days in the desert with Gémar.

Octobre 18th, 2007:

  • A donation request has been sent to the bank CIO Chauvigny (86300) to Mr ROUSSEAU Dominique, financial adviser, who will take care of this special demand to obtain some funds.
  • 150 sent to Gémar by the association.
  • Céline BOISGARD, member of AME SUD, found the first customers for Gémar for a 3 days trip in the Thar Desert.
  • Mr Eric DELVAUX from the software company EPIDOTE (Poitiers) offers a new website name for the association:            www.association-amesud.com

October 8th, 2007:

  • 3 colissimos with clothes sent to Gémar.
  • A first request sent to La Poste (Chauvigny 86 300) to explain AME SUD role and to ask for a partnership.
  • Call from Gémar to confirm the receipt of the camera undamaged.

Septembre 23rd, 2007:

  • An email received from Gémar: it is a wonderful news!!! His work, as a tourist guide, has been selected by ONLY PLANET INDE 2007, used by many tourists for visiting India. Now, Gémar’s project with AME SUD support has a better and stronger impact.
  • The file for presenting AME SUD to companies and to request donations is almost finished and would be ready to be sent and proposed to future partners.

Septembre 7th, 2007:

  • The SCI La Passerelle (Chauvigny 86 – France) represented by Geoffrey DUHAYON and Alexandre ROUX, offered 3 colissimos for AME SUD.
  • The exhibition at La Poste has been cancelled but the director, Mme Génier, has promised to organize a new one for AME SUD actions.
  • Céline has sent the camera to Gémar by an engineer from TCS France to avoid the problems with the Indian customs (Import tax on numerical material).

 

September 5th, 2007:

  • Vanessa DESPLEBAINS (Valdivienne 86) offered the 20th box to AME SUD.
  • We are preparing the exhibition at La Poste in Chauvigny. Alex and Céline will organise brochures, Indian jewelleries, clothes, photos for the boot.  We will do our best to make people interested by our AME SUD actions and collect some funds.

August 26th, 2007:

  • 5 colissimos sent to Gémar : 3 full of toys et 2 of chilfren clothes
  • TOTAL: 19 boxes sent to INDIA

August 17th, 2007: 2 boxes bought with the donations collected.

August 16th, 2007:

  • 40 given by ms Estelle ROUSSEAU and Mr Jérôme FERARI (Marseille)
  • 40 given by Mr Rodolphe SAUVAGEON (Poitiers 86)

August 13th ; 2007: 1 box « colissimo » offered by Mr Francisco CORREIA and Mrs Laure GUILLOT (Neuil 37).

July 25th, 2007: 2 boxes bought with the donations collected.

July 24th, 2007: Ms Christine MEGE (Paris) gave 50 to our association.

July 7th, 2007: Mr and Mrs BOULANGER (Marsilly 37) gave clothes for babies and young children to Ame Sud.

July 5th, 2007: 4 boxes of toys offered by Mrs Carole PIETROIS employee of the famous Indian company TATA Consultancy Services in Paris.

 

June 30th, 2007: A numerical camera offered to Gemar. It will allow him to keep Ame Sud informed about the progress of the project.

June 29th, 2007:

  • Another box sent to Gemar with : clothes, English brochures about the project and advertisement for Gemar’s safari in the desert
  • Gemar confirmed the delivery of 9 boxes of clothes and 2 full off toys

June 28th, 2007: 2 boxes full of clothes for all ages sent to Gemar

June 20th, 2007: 3 boxes offered with various donations.

June 7th, 2007: A meeting with Mr MAJCHRZAK, director of the IDAIC (Institute of software and sales actions development) is willing to contribute to AME SUD from next September. This partnership will allow the students to prepare a detailed study in carrying out actions for the association and set some existing projects.

June 5th, 2007: 50 given by Ruchikar DALELA, employee of TATA Consultancy Services France S.A.S., an Indian company. He is now a member of the association

June 4th, 2007:

  • 3 boxes full of clothes for all ages sent to Gémar in India
  • Meeting with others members

June 3rd, 2007: Meeting with the members to set the targets

May 30th, 2007 :

  • 5 boxes containing clothes were sent to Gémar in India
  • 3 new boxes bought with the collected money
  • Brochures dispatched to various places
  • 1st contact with Crédit Mutuel and Crédit Agricole Banks to inform them about the project in order to obtain an eventual subsidy

May 28th,  2007 :

  • Call from Gémar to confirm the delivery of the boxes full of toys
  • A meeting with Mr Christophe BABIN, carpenter, in Availles en Châtellerault. He promised a donation of 400 for a solar panel.
  • Mr DUHAYON Geoffrey, a recent member of AME SUD, also promised to buy another box worth 38.

May 26th, 2007 :

  • 45€ offered by Ms BOISGARD Céline 75012 Paris to buy 1 box (she also becomes member of the association).

  • 40€ offered by Mrs BOISGARD Paulette 86230 Velleches to buy 1 box.

  • 30€ offered by Mrs PLAULT Jeanine 86230 Velleches.

  • 3 boxes have been kindly offrered by Mrs ROUX Louisette 86230 Mondion.

25 mai 2007 : Gémar has informed that the priority is to build the path to access the site easily and to facilitate the works. Gémar has started to build the hut which will serve for the school. Furthermore, he will need a solar screen to have the electricity and some funds to start the works. Then, we actually need 800€ for the path, 350€ for the solar panel, 600€ for the school and 600€ for 1 hut so 2350€ in total.

Gémar has contacted the inhabitants in the desert to inform them about his project. He really insisted on the fact that school is very important for the education of the childrens and he asked for everybody's help for building the construction.

May 24th, 2007 :

  • The box offered by David and Lolita MAURERE was sent, it weights 6,450kgs with women and men clothes.

  • 2 boxes purchased by AME SUD.

  • 1 meeting with Mrs GENIER Christine, Director of the Post Office of Chauvigny (86300): Mrs GENIER is willing to help us and she proposes to organize an exhibition on September 20th, 2007 in order to inform the clients of Post Office about AME SUD actions and to collect some donations.

May 22nd, 2007 : preparation of a brochure for the project in India and negociation with some partners for the print out.

May 19th, 2007 : 1 box offered by David and Lolita MAURERE 86000 Poitiers

May 10th, 2007 : 2 boxes of peluches and toys senGémar in India by AME SUD.

Creation of the action "I am sending a box in India" : it is very easy: you just need to go to the Post Office and to buy 1 box called "international colissimo"  for India (zone D - max 7 kgs), cost: 38 €. AME SUD will fulfill it with clothes, peluches, toys, shoes..., and will send it straight away to India. The Post Office ensures the delivery of the colissimo.

Since April 2007 : action for collecting clothes, peluches, toys...for India.

March 2007 : AME SUD members prepare a project in India to help Gémar from Rajasthan.
